1) through website of the ministry of education check inwith your ic number and your registration number of spm, www.moe.gov.my/bmkpm
2) send MOE (space) MA(space) your ic number(without hypen) to 15888
e.g.: MOE MAT 1234567890123
3)telephone straight away to 0388844100
